My journey began more than 20 years ago when my mother signed me up for my very first yoga class. Those first lessons were challenging and a bit confusing, yet something about the barefoot practice, the quiet light in Shavasana, and the feeling of peace at the end touched something deep within me.
In the years that followed, yoga became my anchor during life’s most difficult moments. After the birth of my first son and an emergency C-section, two years of Kundalini yoga helped me heal from depression and reconnect with my body. Later, through regular Iyengar practice in Moscow and studies with wonderful teachers like Elena Ulmasbaeva, yoga slowly became part of who I am.
Every vacation I took during my ten years in the corporate world turned into time spent in ashrams, pilgrimages, or retreats in India. I immersed myself in Vedic philosophy, sacred places, and the search for inner truth. Meeting my teacher, Svyatoslav Dubyansky, opened for me the world of Kriya Yoga and meditation — a practice that grew from five minutes a day to more than an hour and a half of daily silence.
In 2017, I moved to Germany. During my second pregnancy, I meditated every day and gave birth to my second son naturally — a moment that felt like a true culmination of my inner practice. For some time, I tried to balance an international career, a newborn, and spiritual practice, but eventually I felt a clear calling: to dedicate myself fully to this path.
The very next day after leaving my corporate job, I posted my first short meditation on Instagram — and the heartfelt feedback I received showed me that I had found my purpose. Since then, my life has been devoted to helping others reconnect with themselves.
I became an internationally certified yoga teacher (Liquid Flow, Simon Park), founded my Meditation School, and created the Healing Project, helping people release tension, restore energy flow, and rediscover love and presence within themselves. I also lead YM Retreats — meaningful journeys to sacred places that open the heart and awaken awareness.
My approach unites the ancient wisdom of the East with the practical tools of modern psychology and coaching. Through my voice and presence, I help people slow down, calm the mind, feel their bodies again, and meet their souls.
And now, 20 years after my first yoga class, I’m very happy to welcome you to my Yoga and Meditation School — a space where you can connect with like-minded people, find harmony within, and grow together in a community of soul, mindfulness, and light.

YOGA
Our classes are open to both - beginners and experienced practitioners. With Katya you can try Yoga Body Alignment - a unique approach that weaves together elements of Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga.
This practice helps to gently and safely open the boy, Build strength, and cultivate balance and inner stability.
We also offer dedicated classes in Kundalini Yoga, Energy breathing, and other transformative practices.
MEDITATION
Here you will train the skill of meditation - the most important skill in our modern fast world. As a result you will regulate your state, relax, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, strengthen your inner core
